1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Suraj Travel Agent

• In rare cases where Suraj Travel Agent must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.

• Travelers may also be offered alternative dates or rescheduling options at the company’s discretion.

3. Partially Used Services

• No refund will be provided for services not used during the tour, including hotel stays, sightseeing, meals, or transportation.

4. Payment & Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

• Any bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour package.
